Turbulent Innuendo

OKAY.

So, what's been going down with me?

Not too much.

Summer has been... slow.

I'll run down a few things and be out of your hair.

- Um. Orientation? Pretty freaking bad. The fact that it was pretty much just them saying "zomg NCSU is feckin' great loll" was bad. The fact that it was TWO DAYS of this was even worse. But there were some highlights. Reunited with a couple of friends from middle school that I hadn't seen in freaking FOREVER. And gaming all night on the first day was pretty fun. But otherwise... eh. If I could have passed it, totally would have.

- Bowling. Ew. I sucks at it. Neeeever agaiiiin.

- Potentially for this weekend and potentially for part of next week (hopefully not during Bowling For Soup on Tuesday) I'll be in Florida to be visiting my grammy and grampy and soak up Florida rays and all that good junk. So... yeah. Don't question where I am or something.

- Speaking of Bowling for Soup next Tuesday... Bowling for Soup is coming next Tuesday! At the Cat's Cradle! I know a lot of you want to come! Please do!

- So summer is almost up. I still want to go to King's Dominion/Busch Gardens. RAWR. Emeralde Pointe is also a possibility. Planning... comes... soon.

And now, THE VIDEO OF THE POST

(which I'll be doing from now on)

Tribute by Tenacious D
(whose album I finally bought yesterday
and it's FUCKING AWESOME.)

~meh!~

I'm that nice black dude who is friends with everyone, who dresses in Roca Wear and Nike, yet lives in the richest-assed neighborhood ever, that listens to things varying from Coltrane to Modest Mouse to DJ Taka, and who is both emo and cheerful at the same time. In short, I'm just plain crazy.
